How does our amaea MIP filtration system work?
1. System on-site
Our mobile molecular filtration system comprised of columns filled with amaea MIPs, is brought on-site with an experienced operator, ready for filtration.
2. Highly selective filtration
ln a single pass and under low pressure, the untreated wine is pumped through the columns to capture the target compound.
3. Treated wine direct to tank
The treated wine is either recirculated into the same tank or directly into storage tanks ready for its next phase of production.
4. amaea MIP system regenerated for re-use
Our sustainable amaea MIP system is regenerated using an eluent to release the captured compounds, preparing the system for re-use.
